Maison Mayci is a thriving, fresh, vibrant Company in the heart of Birmingham. Our journey began in Kings Heath in 2005 we later opened a café in Moseley in 2010 after customer demand.
We supply high quality French patisserie and bakery products with a rustic lunch menu, which includes daily soup, quiche and pasta specials. All our produce is freshly baked and cooked on site by our Chefs every day. We use the finest locally sourced ingredients from a local butcher based in Harborne, and the fruit and veg markets. Our produce are baked and cooked in a traditional French way.
